This site contains lots of useful resources, mainly science and geography based. There are lots of simple experiments and activities, which are all designed to be done at home so are very easy to recreate in the classroom. There are also lots of games, which are a great five minute activity for children who have finished work early. Here are a few:
Geo Shapes – using basic tangram shapes, children are given outlines which they have to match.
Anagram Farm - farm-related anagrams, with optional hints.
Funny Fill-In: Monster Madness - pupils will need to know about classifying words to be able to fill this in, but as long as they do it right they’ll produce some hilarious results! There are lots of other Funny Fill-Ins to choose from, and once they’ve done a few they may even be able to start doing their own.
