Google Chrome and Adobe Flash Problem
There’s a problem with Google Chrome and the Flash player plug-in.
It looks like this

And where your flash should be, you see this sorry looking display.

No clues, no indications on what caused it or how to fix it.
Here’s a workaround I’ve found, by cobbling together bits of advice from various websites and forums.
Plug-ins
On Google Chrome, the plug-ins are revealed in a very strange way – type about:plugins in the address bar.

Click the Details button on the right hand side of the screen to reveal -

I found that by disabling the version 10 flash player, then ignoring messages offering a new version, things seemed to improve a great deal.
Chrome can be quite intrusive with its warning messages and if this carries on I may be forced down the Firefox or IE9 route!
On the Adobe support page – the following shows extra options -
If the built-in Flash Player in Chrome is disabled, Chrome uses the downloaded plug-in version of Flash Player if it is installed on the user’s system. So, that is another option.
