Our customers are visited regularly by a member of our team to ensure the continued high performance of ICT. This ranges from twice-weekly visits from one of our senior technicians to a voucher scheme, where schools pre-pay for visit time, and use it when needed. Support is planned individually for each customer – our top priority is your satisfaction.
Classroom ICT Support
From working alone with small groups on animation projects to being an extra hand in the ICT suite, we’re able to provide many services to help you achieve more from your school’s ICT. All staff have enhanced CRB clearance.
Troubleshooting
Whether over the phone or in person, our technical staff strive to resolve all issues you may encounter with your ICT.
Teacher training
Keeping all staff up to date with the vast amount of changes in technology can seem like a daunting task. We’re available for training sessions during and after school, as well as during holidays.
